Visa Waiver Program
Not every foreign visitor needs a visa to enter the U.S.A.
The countries participating in the visa waiver program are: Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brunei, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
If you are from one of the above countries and staying less than 90 days on the American territory (return flight ticket is compulsory) you can travel without a visa (see American Embassy website for the rules regarding passport validity).
To benefit from this special program, please fill in the ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) form downloadable from the following website: https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/
You should receive an answer within a day, but we advise you to do it as soon as possible in case a visa was required.
If your country is not in the above list, you have to apply for a Business Visa B1
Business Visa B1 (Conference, meeting, trade show or business event attendees)

>> Book an appointment (the delays to get a visa could be very long so we suggest that you contact the closest American Embassy to ask for an appointment as soon as possible.
>> Download the DS-160 form. Click here.
>> Prepare all the required documents.
What do you need to bring with you for your appointment?
>> A valid electronic passport (see American Embassy website for more information on passport validity)
>> A 2x2 photograph. See the requirements.
>> The DS-160 form filled in
>> A proof of visa procedure payment
>> A prepaid envelope to send your passport back
>> The following supporting documents: invitation letter written by the Organizer & copy of exhibition brochure/program, proof that your company has asked you to go to the Exhibition for business reasons, bank or pay statements showing funds for trip and resume
